Data Deletion

SocialX360 is operated by Gupta Technology LLC. This page explains how to delete your SocialX360 account, how to remove SocialX360's access to your Facebook, Instagram and other social accounts, and how to ask us to delete data we hold about you. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Delete your SocialX360 account

1. Sign in to SocialX360 and open Settings → Profile.
2. Choose Delete account, confirm your password if you have one, and type "delete".

Your account closes straight away: you are signed out everywhere, scheduled posts and DM automations stop, and a paid plan is cancelled. We revoke SocialX360's access to your connected social accounts and permanently delete your account and its data within 30 days. Backup copies are overwritten within a further 90 days.

2. Remove SocialX360 from Facebook or Instagram

You can disconnect a channel inside SocialX360 (Social Accounts → the channel's ⋮ menu → Disconnect Channel), and you can also remove our access from Meta directly:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select SocialX360 → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → SocialX360 → Remove.

When you remove SocialX360 on Facebook or Instagram and ask for your data to be deleted, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the data we received from Meta about you. Meta gives you a confirmation code you can use to check the status of the request with us.

3. If you messaged or commented on a business that uses SocialX360

Businesses and creators use SocialX360 to reply to comments and messages on their Instagram and Facebook accounts. They control that data, so please contact the business first. You can also email us at support@socialx360.com with your Instagram or Facebook username and the account you interacted with, and we will delete the data we hold about you on that business's behalf and let the business know.

4. Ask us by email

If you can't sign in, or want something specific deleted, email support@socialx360.com from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we complete requests within 30 days.

5. What we keep

We keep only what the law requires or allows after deletion: payment and invoice records needed for tax and accounting (held by our payment processor, Stripe), and security and audit logs, which no longer identify you once your account is deleted.
