Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial. We may require payment information to start a trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged for the selected plan.

• Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms
• Content moderation or removal by third-party platforms
• Account suspensions or bans by third-party platforms

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of all connected platforms.

10. Service Availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SocialX360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialX360, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination
